Bases for visa cancellation

The visa can be cancelled when passing border control on the bases and as it should be, defined by the Law of Ukraine "About border control" (1710-17).    

The visa is cancelled during stay of the foreigner or the stateless person in the territory of Ukraine in a case:

identification of the fact of granting by the person during registration of the visa invalid or the passport document issued to another person or counterfeit other documents or submission of obviously false data;   

 making decision on compulsory return or exclusion of the foreigner or the stateless person out of limits of the territory of Ukraine.     

 The decision on cancellation of the visa can be appealed in an order provided by the law.

The visa can be cancelled by the authorized official of the Public border service during passing by the foreigner or the stateless person of border control in the presence:

decisions of authorized government body of Ukraine on a ban of entrance to Ukraine foreigner or stateless person;     

the reasonable bases to consider the visa such, received in the illegal way.
