Reducing the period of temporary stay of foreigners and persons without citizenship
If a foreigner or persons without citizenship do not have reason for temporary residence established by law, or for a temporary stay in Ukraine, their period of stay is reduced (not applicable to persons covered by the Law of Ukraine "On refugees and persons in need of additional or temporary protection).
The decision to reduce the term of temporary stay of foreigners and persons without citizenship in the territory of Ukraine shall be taken by the central executive body that implements the state policy in the field of migration, or by the Security Service of Ukraine.
