Transfer of foreigners and persons without citizenship to serve sentences
If foreigners and persons without citizenship committed crimes in the territory of Ukraine and convicted them under the laws of Ukraine may be transferred to serve his sentence by the States of which they are, if such transfer is provided by international treaties of Ukraine (not applicable to persons covered by the law Ukraine "On refugees and persons in need of additional or temporary protection" (3671-17).
