Obligations of foreigners and persons without citizenship
Foreigners and persons without citizenship, who are in Ukraine on legal grounds, can use the same rights and freedoms, obligations like citizens of Ukraine, with the exceptions established by the Constitution, laws or international treaties Ukraine.
You have the obligations:
1) to respect and comply with the Constitution and laws of Ukraine;
2) respect the traditions and customs of the people of Ukraine;
3) your rights and freedoms shall be required not to harm Ukraine's national interests, rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of its citizens and other persons residing in Ukraine;
4) care of the housing allocated to you, observe the rules of use of residential premises;
5) while studying at educational institutions of Ukraine to comply with obligations of students in accordance with the laws of Ukraine;
6) care for the monuments of history, culture and other cultural values;
7) respect the feelings of the citizens of Ukraine and others in connection with their religious beliefs;
8) comply with the legislation of Ukraine responsibilities in marriage and family relationships;
9) departure from Ukraine and time-bound;
10) the voluntary return of foreigners and persons without citizenship under certain circumstances;
11) other duties not prohibited by law or international treaties of Ukraine.
