Legal visa to Ukraine

Ukrainian visa

Ukrainian legislation:

   - The Constitution of Ukraine №254c/96-vr from Apr.12, 2012;

   - The Law of Ukraine № 3773-17 "About legal status of foreigners and stateless persons" from Nov.19, 2012;

   - The Ordinance of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № of 567-2011-p "About claim of Rules of registration of visas for entry into Ukraine and transit driving through her territory" from Jun.1, 2011;

   - The Ordinance of Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № of 150-2012-p "About claim of Rules of extending of stay and continuation or reduction of term of sojourn of foreigners and stateless persons on territory of Ukraine" from Feb.15, 2012;

   - The Decree of Ministry of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine № z1096 - 08 "About claim of Rules of registration and delivery of invitations to the foreigners and stateless persons on the receipt of visa documents for entry into Ukraine" from Oct.3, 2011.

Foreigners and stateless persons can entry into Ukraine if they have the passport document and (or) the legal visa (with the established procedure) if other isn't provided by the legislation or international treaties of Ukraine. This rule doesn't extend on foreigners and the stateless persons crossing frontier of Ukraine for the purpose of recognition by their refugees or persons who need in additional or temporary protection or receiving a shelter.

Foreigners and stateless persons are obliged to submit the biometric data for their fixing during passing of border control at check points through frontier.
