The procedures for reimbursement of costs associated with forced deportation of foreigners and persons without citizenship

1. Foreigners and persons without citizenship who, according to the judgment to be forcibly deported from Ukraine, reimburse the costs of deportation, in the established law.

If these foreigners and persons without citizenship do not have the means to recover costs associated with their deportation from Ukraine, is expulsion from the state budget.

2. Individuals or legal persons were invited or accepted foreigners and persons without citizenship arranged their illegal entry, residence, employment, contributed to the failure to leave after the expiration of stay by the court in the established law reimburse costs incurred by the state due to expulsion these foreigners and persons without citizenship.

3. Expenses (necessary for the enforcement of forced expulsion of foreigners and persons without citizenship) include the cost of:

3) identification services;

4. Foreigners and persons without citizenship shall be notified on receipt of the total costs associated with forced deportation, calculated in prices on the date of settlement with him. In case of refusal of foreigners and persons without citizenship to confirm the charges against him to recover the amount of expenditure is the act corresponding note stating the reasons for refusal.

5. The failure of a foreigner or persons without citizenship to recover the costs necessary to comply with a decision on his forced deportation from Ukraine, those funds can be recovered from him in court.

6. If a foreigner or persons without citizenship in respect of which it was decided to court forced expulsion, found cash, it is removed from the act, and is used to enforce the decision on forced expulsion according to the estimate of costs.

7. The failure of host Party who invited foreigners and persons without citizenship in Ukraine, to recover the costs associated with the forced deportation of foreigners and stateless persons, those funds can be recovered from them in court.
