Restrictions for foreigners and persons without citizenship
Foreigners have some kind of restrictions by law:
1) you can not be assigned to certain positions or engage in certain work activities, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine appointment to these positions or perform such activities associated with belonging to the citizenship of Ukraine;
2) can not be members of political parties in Ukraine;
3) may be limited in movement and choice of residence, if it is necessary for Ukraine's security, public order, health, rights and lawful interests of its citizens and other persons residing in Ukraine;
4) can not elect and be elected to bodies of state power and government, and participate in referendums;
5) shall not apply general military duty;
6) agricultural land can not be transferred to the ownership of foreign citizens, persons without citizenship, foreign legal entities and foreign states;
7) other restrictions under law or international treaties of Ukraine.
