Forced expulsion of foreigners and persons without citizenship
1. The central executive agencies which ensures implement the state policy in the field of migration, organs of state border protection (against foreigners and persons without citizenship who are detained them within controlled border areas during attempts or after illegally crossing the state border of Ukraine) or bodies of the Security Service of Ukraine are only issued on the basis of their claim decision of the administrative court forcibly expelled from Ukraine for foreigners and persons without citizenship, if they have not fulfilled within the prescribed period without valid reason the decision to forcibly return or if there are reasonable grounds to believe that a foreigner or a person without citizenship, wich evade from implementation of this decision, unless the detention of a foreigner or persons without citizenship for illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine out of crossing the state border of Ukraine and transfer of border authorities of neighboring states.
2. The court's decision on forced expulsion of foreigners and persons without citizenship may be appealed in the manner provided by law.
3. The central executive body responsible for ensuring implementation of the state policy in the field of migration, or the authority of the state border on the appropriate solution with the following message within 24 hours of the prosecutor places the foreigners and stateless persons in the temporary stay of foreigners and persons without citizenship who are illegally residing on Ukraine.
4. Foreigners and persons without citizenship are temporary stay of foreigners and persons without citizenship who are illegally residing on the territory of Ukraine, for the time necessary for the enforcement of forced deportation, but not more than twelve months.
