The documents
1. You must have for enter the Ukraine and departure
from Ukraine the following documents:
1) foreigners and persons without citizenship - a
passport document for an appropriate visa if another order of entry and exit is
not set by law or international agreement of Ukraine;
2) foreigners permanently residing in Ukraine - a
passport document and certificate of permanent residence;
3) persons without citizenship permanently residing in
Ukraine - with identification card persons without citizenship for travel
abroad;
4) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who are
recognized refugees in Ukraine or individuals that need additional protection
in Ukraine - with a travel document for travel abroad;
5) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who are
married to citizens of Ukraine - a passport document and a temporary residence;
6) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who
stay in Ukraine in connection with employment - a passport document and a
temporary residence;
7) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who
stay in Ukraine in connection with participation in the implementation of
international technical assistance - a passport document and a temporary
residence;
8) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who
stay in Ukraine in connection with participation in the activities of religious
organizations - a passport document and a temporary residence;
9) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who
stay in Ukraine in connection with participation in the activities of branches,
representative offices and other structural divisions of public (governmental)
organizations of foreign countries - a passport document and a temporary
residence;
10) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who
work in the offices of foreign businesses in Ukraine - a passport document and a
temporary residence;
11) foreigners and persons without citizenship working
in branches or representative offices of foreign banks in Ukraine - a passport
document and a temporary residence;
12) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who
stay in Ukraine in connection with the proceedings of the cultural, scientific,
educational activities on the grounds and in the manner prescribed by
international agreements of Ukraine or special programs, as well as foreigners
and persons without citizenship residing in Ukraine to participate in
international and regional volunteer programs or participation in the
activities of voluntary organizations registered in Ukraine in the established
order - a passport document and a temporary residence;
13) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who
are correspondent or representative of foreign media in Ukraine - a passport
document and a temporary residence;
14) foreigners and persons without citizenship, who
are trained in educational establishments of Ukraine not less than one year - a
passport document and a temporary residence;
15) foreigners, who have right enter Ukraine without a
visa in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine or international treaty of
Ukraine - a passport document or other document, if required by the
international treaties of Ukraine;
16) foreigners, who are nationals of countries that
signed agreements on local border traffic - using documents entitling to cross
the border within the local border traffic, which are issued by diplomatic
missions and consular offices of Ukraine established the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Ukraine order .
2. Accredited by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of
Ukraine staff of diplomatic missions, consular offices, representative offices
of international organizations, representatives of the international
organizations which have headquarters in the Ukraine and in accordance with the
statutes of these organizations or appropriate international agreements of
Ukraine have right diplomatic privileges and immunities, and members of their
families may enter Ukraine passport documents and accreditation cards.
