Urgent departure
The department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or representation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the territory of Ukraine makes out visas at a check point through frontier to foreigners and stateless persons who couldn't issue beforehand the visa in diplomatic mission or consular establishment of Ukraine and have a good reason urgently to entry into Ukraine, in particular:
1) with diplomatic or the office purposes according to the petition of public authorities of Ukraine;
2) for the purpose of elimination of consequences of an emergency situation in Ukraine according to the petition of the Ministry of Emergency Situations;
3) for the purpose of urgent medical care or participation in a funeral of the close relative that is confirmed with the relevant documents;
4) in case of need transit through the territory of Ukraine of members of crews of the foreign vessels being in the Ukrainian ports, in the presence of an extract from a ship role;
5) for the purpose of interaction activization in the field of culture and sports, and also ensuring interests in sphere of foreign policy or other spheres which are vital for society, or on humanitarian affairs.
Visas are made out as single in the cases provided by paragraphs 1-3 and 5 of the real point, for a period of up to 15 days, and in a case provided by paragraph 4 presents of point, - about five days.
