Responsibility for foreigners and persons without citizenship
Illegal migrants, and other foreigners, and persons without citizenship, who have committed a crime, administrative or other offenses are liable under the law.
State may apply certain measures for the offense to a foreigner, who violates the established laws of Ukraine, ie living without documents for residence in Ukraine or stay with invalid documents, violating the order of registration or of movement and choice of residence, employment, tax evasion out after the end of the stay and for non-compliance of transit through the territory of Ukraine in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Such measures may consist:
Persons without citizenship, who permanently resides in Ukraine and committed a crime outside Ukraine can not be extradited for criminal prosecution or for execution of sentence.
