Legal visa to Ukraine

Zero tariff rate

Registration of visas is made on a zero tariff rate of a consular fee:    

1)      to children till six years;    

2)      foreign Ukrainian upon presentation of the certificate foreign Ukrainian, to spouses foreign Ukrainian, to their children in case of the general entrance and stay in the territory of Ukraine;    

3)      to persons who entry into Ukraine on affairs and use a diplomatic or service passport;    

4)      to the staff of foreign diplomatic missions and consular establishments in Ukraine and to members of their families;    

5)      to the staff of the international organizations and their representations in Ukraine, and also to members of their families;    

6)      to the staff of representations of the states at the international organizations having headquarters in Ukraine and according to authorized documents of such organizations or the corresponding international treaties use diplomatic privileges and immunity, and also to members of their families;    

7) to heads and members of official delegations of the foreign states and persons who accompany them which drive to Ukraine by the invitation of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ukraine and the Ministry of foreign affairs;

8) to the persons which are carrying out functions of honourable consuls of Ukraine;    

9)      to persons who entry into Ukraine for the purpose of humanitarian assistance or carrying out charity in case of the corresponding confirmation of the Commission on questions of humanitarian assistance at the Cabinet of Ukraine;    

10)      to persons who entry into Ukraine for participation in implementation of projects of the international technical assistance registered in accordance with the established procedure, by the invitation of public institution, the enterprise or the organization, is the recipient of such project;    

11)      to workers of rescue services who entry into Ukraine for the purpose of elimination of consequences of an emergency situation on the appeal of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;    

12)      to members of the family of persons to whom the status of the refugee in Ukraine is provided;    

13)          to representatives of military formations and establishments who drive to Ukraine on affairs on the invitation of the relevant ministry, other central executive authority;        

14)       to other persons driving for the purpose of ensuring interests in the sphere of foreign policy or humanitarian affairs, on the basis of reasonable representation of the head of authorized body according to the Provision on a consular fee of Ukraine (z0131-11) and in coordination with the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.     

In case of refusal in visa registration the consular fee doesn't come back.
